Privacy Policy

Gadget Helper LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Gadget Helper”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our voice-based technology support service.
In this policy, “Subscriber” refers to the person who creates and pays for an account. “End User” refers to any person the Subscriber enrolls to use the voice service. A Subscriber may also be an End User. This policy applies to both.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Account Information
- Phone number of the Subscriber
- Phone number of the End User
- Payment information, including email address, processed and stored by our payment provider Stripe (we do not store full credit card numbers or payment email addresses directly)
Call and Interaction Data
- Transcripts of voice calls between End Users and the AI agent
- AI-generated summaries of call content
- Call duration, timestamps, and frequency of use
- Minutes usage and billing records
Technical Data
- Device type and operating system
- App version
- Usage data and app interaction data
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and deliver the voice support service
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To analyze service performance and improve response quality
- To troubleshoot issues and develop evaluations
- To refine our features and internal systems
- To communicate with Subscribers about their account, billing, or service updates
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
- To ensure safety and maintain quality
- To comply with legal obligations
We use call transcripts and summaries to analyze how the AI performs, identify areas where guidance can be improved, troubleshoot issues, and refine the service experience. We do not sell transcripts or use them for unrelated advertising purposes.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following categories of service providers, and only as necessary to operate the service:

We may also share information if required by law, in response to a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Gadget Helper, our users, or the public.
4. Voice Calls and AI Processing
When an End User makes a call through Gadget Helper, the voice audio is streamed in real time to a third-party AI processing provider for handling by the AI agent. This is necessary to provide the conversational support experience. Text inputs, outputs, and related conversation data may also be processed through third-party AI providers as part of normal service operation.
We generate and store transcripts and summaries of these calls. We do not store raw audio recordings after the real-time processing is complete.
Important: End Users may inadvertently share sensitive personal information during calls (such as passwords, account numbers, or personal details). While we instruct the AI agent not to request such information, we cannot prevent End Users from volunteering it. We strongly advise End Users not to share sensitive personal, financial, or medical information during calls.
5. Data Retention
We retain different types of data for different periods:
- Account information: Retained for the life of the account plus 30 days after deletion
- Call transcripts and summaries: Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
- Billing records: Retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws
- Technical logs: Retained for up to 30 days
You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 11).
6. Subscriber and End User Consent
Gadget Helper allows Subscribers to enroll End Users. By enrolling an End User, the Subscriber represents that they have informed the End User about the nature of the service, including that interactions are with an AI agent and that data is collected and used as described in this policy.
We may also provide notice to End Users directly in the app or at the start of service use.
Both Subscribers and End Users have the right to request access to or deletion of End User data. Either party may exercise these rights by contacting us. We may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of the person making a request before fulfilling it.
7. Children's Privacy
Gadget Helper is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the service or that we have collected their information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
8. Security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
9. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion of your personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 11.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Privacy Policy and update the Effective Date above. When we make material changes, we will notify Subscribers via email. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
